We welcome any comments and suggestions you may have about our Practice. Occasionally patients may feel unhappy regarding aspects of the Practice, and may wish to raise a complaint. If you wish to do so please complete the message box, and send it to us. The Practice Manager will then contact you to advise you of our practice complaints procedure.
Please note if you are communicating on behalf of one of our patients we will require a signed letter from that person authorising you to act on their behalf.
